At www.LilSweetPeaUs.com your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If you are not happy with your Lil Sweet Pea purchase for any reason, we will gladly exchange it, replace it or issue a store credit. Store credits are valid for one year from the issue date. Exchanges, replacements, and/ or store credits will be given on NEW and UNUSED merchandise only within 10 days of receipt at our office. Merchandise must be in the original packaging with the company swing tickets still attached. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and return postage is your responsibility. Gifts may be exchanged or returned for a store credit. You must supply the name of the purchaser in order for us to locate the original receipt. Store credits are valid for one year from issue date. Items marked 40% or more off regular price are FINAL SALE and may not be returned. Pajamas & pacifier clips can not be returned for hygienic purposes.
Return Process:
Send an email to Sales@Lilsweetpeaus.com. Please include in your email your order ID number, your name, your email address, phone number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

Please allow two weeks for credits to be processed.
We suggest that you send your return via Priority Mail and request a delivery confirmation tracking number, or use another carrier, such as FedEx, who can track the shipment. This will ensure that you will receive confirmation when the package is delivered to us. You will also be given a means of tracking your package should it become lost in the mail. We recommend purchasing insurance for return. We are not responsible for any return items lost in shipping.
Packages refused by the recipient at the delivery or non-delivered because of a wrong address given by the customer, will be charged 20% restocking fee or resent to the customer at customer's expense.
Please understand that some sale and clearance items may not be eligible for an exchange and/ or store credit. We offer no price adjustments on previous purchases.
About Incentive Purchases and Returns:
Items marked On Special, items marked Our Price versus Regular Price and/ or On Sale items are not eligible for the First Order 15% discount. Items purchased at regular price, On Special or On Sale are entitled to free shipping when the total is $50.00 or more.
If you are returning a purchase you did during a promotion or discount, you will receive a credit for the amount you paid minus the free shipping. For example:

You will be responsible for the amount we paid for your free shipping when we first shipped the order to you. This will be deducted from your store credit issued at the time we receive your return.
Lil Sweet Pea Us ONLINE DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON PRODUCTS THAT WERE NOT PURCHASED VIA THIS WEBSITE. Merchandise that was purchased from a store or website other than www.LilSweetPeaUs.com cannot be returned or exchanged through this site.
